cafe conundrum

These are a select few from a cafe project i did a while back, you may remember some of the original paintings below. I feel ok about them but i know i can do much better with my backgrounds and so these are now a sort of mid way point. Gives the characters a better sense of place in any case.

raccoon triptych

This is the raccoon I developed for my last project. (you can see him in an earlier post below too!) It was fun to think of shenanigans mr. raccoon could get up to and this was fun to draw! In the end these designs ended up as big A1 size foam board cut outs.

Just found this in one of my folders, found a bunch of stuff I forgot I had done. I quite like this so i thought I would post it up here. This was an early background experiment from my last uni project.

Here is a bird I made out of some scrap painted pieces of paper I had left over. It was fun so I might see what other left over materials i have lying around! I will be updating a lot more form now on!
